The program at Plaksha was incredibly formative for me and opened a world of possibilities which I did not know existed. The courses, rigor, curriculum, and attention, and peers, and nuggets from the very special mentorship program keep coming to me, all these years later. My biggest takeaway from the program is to always immerse yourself in environments which inspire you and push you forward. Eventually it’ll rub off you, and compel you to be better technologist, and even better human being.

One of the most rewarding parts of my journey at TLP was the peer interaction. The one-year program not only helped me grow as a person but also sharpened my technical skills. It is also an incredible place to network, thanks to its strong industry connections. Regular interactions with leaders from diverse fields provide valuable perspectives on careers and life choices. Looking back, Plaksha TLF was the critical inflection point that shaped my career in AI. Its unique mix of deep technical knowledge and strategic leadership provided the exact foundation I needed for my path to Google, where I now work as a Senior AI Product Manager building the future of Agentic solutions. The lessons from TLF extend beyond my day job; they have shaped my work as a co-author of books on GPT-3 and Neural Search and guide my decisions as an angel investor in the next wave of AI startups. 

The Technology Leaders Fellowship was a truly transformative experience. It helped me build lifelong friendships, gain hands-on skills in product management, data science, and leadership, and deeply understand how technology, design, user research, and business come together to create impactful products.
