Abhilasha Sinha is a guest faculty at Plaksha. Abhilasha is an engineer-turned-business operator with expertise in scaling organizations and developing product strategies across diverse sectors, including consumer technology, SaaS, healthcare, and education, in both India and the United States.
She is currently founding a venture in the behavior change space. Her distinguished career includes leadership roles as Chief Growth Officer at Open Secret, India's leading better-for-you food and beverage brand; Chief of Staff to the CEO at Hike, India's homegrown messaging platform; and Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Elucidata, an advanced AI platform serving researchers in biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.
Abhilasha Sinha holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi, where she received the prestigious Bimla Jain Medal for outstanding all-round performance.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Abhilasha is passionate about global exploration. She has traveled to more than 30 countries and visited over 25 states and Union Territories across India.
