What We Do

Cutting edge research and innovation
We develop autonomous drones, underwater robots and ground vehicles. Using AI and robotics, we address challenges in agriculture, water monitoring, healthcare and clean energy.

Education and capability building
Through the Robotics & Autonomous Systems (RAS) major, students gain hands-on experience with industry grade tools and projects.

Community impact
We train farmers, women and youth in agricultural drone use. We also create affordable robotic solutions for public health, farming and sustainability in partnership with leading institutions and industry.
Research and community projects
At Plaksha University, robotics is not confined to the classroom. It is pursued at every academic level, from undergraduate study to PhD research. Students work on projects that combine computing, mechatronics and human interaction, pushing the boundaries of what machines can do.
By exploring new ideas and building out-of-the-box solutions, students demonstrate how future engineers can reimagine technology to address real-world challenges. The featured video highlights examples of robotics work emerging from the Plaksha campus.
