India's agriculture is at a critical crossroads - facing rising food insecurity, depleting groundwater and widespread farmer distress. With over 65% of South Asia's food-insecure population in India and nearly 60% of farming dependent on groundwater, urgent action is needed.

The Centre for Equitable and Personalized Healthcare (CEPH) at Plaksha University caters towards translational research in non-communicable diseases that has increased world over in last few decades affecting the health of millions of people.
About Research
Plaksha's vision is firmly rooted in interdisciplinary research to address grand challenges. In line with this, we are establishing four research centers, dedicated to addressing global challenges in clean energy, water security, equitable health, and sustainable agriculture, supported by state-of-the-art research laboratories.
