Well-Being at Plaksha

About

About Wellbeing

Wellbeing at Plaksha follows a two-pronged approach consisting of preventive skills and corrective interventions. Group sessions help you handle transitions, understand emotions and build coping mechanisms.

While individual therapy provides a safe space to talk and seek help when things don’t go as planned and uncertainty grips us. Together we see how to make sense of a distressing experience.

Activities

As a step towards adding some fun, Rangrez (art club at Plaksha) & wellbeing@Plaksha got people to exchange thoughts over art, colours and cakes recently.

A coping skills scavenger hunt was organised wherein students had to take photographs of a list of challenges and see how many tasks they could complete in limited time.

What better way to unwind from work and studying, than a 'Pet your stress away' event (March, 2023) wherein all could enjoy and spend time with dogs and pups on campus.
