Wellbeing at Plaksha

About Wellbeing

At Plaksha, wellbeing is seen as a dynamic and ongoing journey—one that evolves with the needs and growth of our students. Our two-pronged approach blends preventive skill-building with timely corrective support, equipping students with the tools to navigate academic pressures, regulate emotions, and build resilience.
