Prof Vasudha Chopra is an Assistant Professor at Plaksha University. Before joining Plaksha, she served as an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Thapar School of Liberal Arts and Sciences. She earned her PhD from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and her Master’s degree from the TERI School of Advanced Studies, New Delhi.
Prof Chopra is an experimental and behavioral economist. Her research combines applied microeconomic theory with laboratory and field experiments to study stated-preference survey design, group contests, and goal dynamics in teams, drawing on environmental, organizational, and behavioral economics.
