Manipal Dhariwal is the Co-founder and CEO of the Netsmartz Group.He leads a team of over 1,500 professionals across 10+ global locations, helping organizations re-imagine themselves as 21st-century enterprises with technology at the core. Under his leadership, Netsmartz has been ranked among the top 100 fastest-growing companies in Rochester, New York.
Over the past 26 years, Manipal has built a distinguished footprint in the global IT ecosystem. In addition to founding multiple award-winning technology companies—including Netsmartz, CloudSmartz, Sebiz Infotech, Caresmartz, DynamicsSmartz, Envision Ecommerce, and APPWorx—he actively supports a portfolio of more than 20 startups across the world.
A first-generation serial entrepreneur, he is passionate about transforming startups into scale-ups. He has driven business investments of over USD 100 million in Northern India and has been instrumental in creating more than 1,500 direct jobs and approximately 3,500 indirect jobs.
He is the Founder & Chapter President of the Startup Accelerator Chamber of Commerce (SACC), a member of YPO and EO, Advisor to TEDx Chandigarh, Chairman of the IT & ITES Entrepreneurship/Startup Committee (ASSOCHAM), Charter Member of TiE, and President of the Mohali IT City Association. He collaborates actively with institutions across India to strengthen and accelerate the country’s startup ecosystem.
