Harish Shah is the Founder and Managing Director of Signet Capital Pvt Ltd, a family office with diversified investments. Previously, he founded Signet Excipients Pvt Ltd, growing it into India’s leading pharmaceutical raw materials provider before its successful acquisition by IMCD N.V. in 2023.
Beyond business, Harish is deeply committed to philanthropy. Through his foundation, the Harish & Bina Shah Foundation (HBSF), he supports over 80 non-profits across education, healthcare, livelihoods, gender equity, arts and environmental sustainability. His leadership extends to serving on the boards of Ashoka University, Marg Publications, Holy Family Hospital, Deccan Heritage Foundation, and several other institutions, reflecting his dedication to both enterprise and social impact.
