Vivek Khare is a General Partner at SamVed VC, where he focuses on helping early-stage startups achieve market validation. He actively supports entrepreneurs in hiring, customer prioritization and overcoming initial scaling challenges.
Prior to SamVed VC, Vivek held key leadership positions at Info Edge India Ltd., where he served as Executive Vice President for Corporate Development. He was instrumental in shaping the company’s investment strategy and played a pivotal role in early-stage funding for successful startups like Zomato, PolicyBazaar and MeritNation. His tenure also included leading Jeevansathi.com as Business Head and serving as Senior VP of Technology at Naukri.com.
Vivek is an active angel investor and mentor, backing startups across multiple sectors, including consumer internet, fintech and SaaS. He has invested in and advised companies such as Nivesh.com, Cashify, Happily Unmarried, Jaypore and MEDdelivery. His passion for supporting founders extends to his role as a Strategic Advisor at LetsVenture.
