Office of Academic Affairs
The Office of Academic Affairs acts as the central agency for coordinating and managing all academics programs of the University. Activities such as curriculum development, course registration and timetabling, scheduling examinations, administering course feedback, maintaining student records (including grades), issuing academic transcripts, tracking student progress, and administering scholarships fall within the ambit of the OAA. Members of the OAA work closely with several teams - such as Program Chairs, Freshmore Committee, Curriculum Committee, Scholarship Committee, Corporate Partnerships and Careers, Institutional Advancement, Office of the Registrar, Student Life and the Student Council - to ensure there are clear processes in place to ensure a vibrant and seamless educational experience for students and staff alike.
Academic Programs
BTech program
We offer four highly rigorous and interdisciplinary BTech degrees. The pedagogy is transformative and student-centric. All degrees are taught by top-notch faculty from across the world.
PhD program
The PhD program at Plaksha puts emphasis on grand challenges including health, agriculture, water security, clean energy etc. that cut across several disciplines, and faculty members are actively engaged in research in these disciplines.
MS in AI program
The MS in AI program is a full-time residential program that reimagines AI education by building strong foundations in AI principles and their real-world applications in industry, developing the next generation of AI talent.
YTS+ program
YTS+ is a two-week immersive summer program for tinkerers, makers-builders and problem solvers. It has multiple tracks for high schoolers who are interested in subjects like biology, economics, mathematics and physics.
