The Info Edge Center for Entrepreneurship aims to nurture a culture of innovation and creativity among students. This is achieved through a wide range of activities and initiatives designed to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit in budding entrepreneurs. Under the guidance of some of India’s most prominent business leaders, students gain valuable insights, knowledge, and mentorship to help shape their ideas.
 
The collaboration between Plaksha University and Info Edge to establish the Center for Entrepreneurship seeks to empower students to create impact. With a vision for a future driven by innovation, the Info Edge Center for Entrepreneurship equips students to address the challenges of tomorrow.

Plaksha Incubation Centre (PIC) supported by the InfoEdge Center for Entrepreneurship is the launchpad for your entrepreneurial ideas. It helps through:

• Mentoring: Book your office hours with the team. We can connect you with Plaksha founders, PIC mentors and industry leaders.
• Founder-friendly pathways: The Plaksha Entrepreneurship Policy works in tandem with Academics to support you through gap semester or placement holiday. Refer to the Plaksha Entrepreneurship policy.
• Tinkering and Prototyping Support: Plaksha provides you the labs, Makerspace and innovation spaces for you to test your ideas and build prototypes.
• Incubation Support: Looking for space, grants, legal support for registering your startup? PIC has you covered. Reach out for specific assistance.
• Funding Opportunities: Alchemy, our annual pitching event, connects you with industry VC's and Plaksha founders. We also assist via government funding avenues and investor matching.
• IP & Tech Transfer: PIC works in partnership with Office of Research to help you patent your ideas and commercially transfer your technology. Refer to the Plaksha IP policy for more details.

The Minor in Technology Entrepreneurship is an interdisciplinary undergraduate program built to shape the mindset, skills, and experience needed to thrive as an entrepreneur in a rapidly evolving world. Grounded in experiential learning, the program combines academic rigor with hands-on venture development, empowering students to move from identifying meaningful problems to building and scaling impactful solutions.

Open to all majors, the program welcomes students from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration that mirrors real-world startup ecosystems. More than just launching startups, the program aims to nurture an entrepreneurial way of thinking that students will carry with them throughout their lives.
