About Dr. Uday Desai

Dr. Uday Desai is an Honorary Distinguished Professor at Plaksha University. He earlier served as the Founding Director and Professor Emeritus of IIT Hyderabad. He has held faculty positions at IIT Bombay and Washington State University, and visiting faculty positions at Stanford University, Purdue University and Arizona State University. Prof. Desai also chairs several committees under MEITY, DST, DRDO, and private organizations, and is the Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Committee for the National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems (NM-ICPS).
