Dr. Suresh Kumar is a Professor of Mathematics at Plaksha University and currently serves as the Director of the Doctoral Program. He is deeply interested in effective pedagogy for Mathematics education and actively develops e-notes, video lectures, and AI+Python assisted learning modules, accessible at the resource webpage: Student-Resources
His research expertise lies in Cosmology, with a focus on Dark Matter, Dark Energy, Cosmic Acceleration, and the various cosmological tensions associated with the standard ΛCDM model. He works extensively on Bayesian data analysis of cosmological models using observational datasets, employing Monte Carlo Markov Chain (MCMC) methods within CLASS and MontePython, supported by high-performance Linux-based computing clusters.
