Deepak Goyal is a Managing Director & Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and a core member of the firm’s Financial Institutions and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices. He globally leads BCG’s Fintech segment and has previously led the Wholesale Banking practice in North America, as well as the Marketing, Sales, and Pricing practice in Financial Institutions worldwide.
Since joining BCG in 2004, Deepak has advised global clients on strategy, pricing, operations, IT, organization design and large-scale business transformation. His expertise spans across wholesale banking, corporate finance, revenue management and people strategy.
Before joining BCG, Deepak worked at McKinsey in India, where he developed a deep understanding of financial institutions and market dynamics. With a strong background in strategy and execution, he continues to shape the future of financial services through data-driven insights and transformative business solutions.
