Ritesh is a medical doctor by education but took a career detour and became a technology entrepreneur while doing his house surgency at Ganga Ram Hospital. He is the founder of Innov8 Coworking which is one of the largest shared office providers in India. Innov8 offers coworking spaces in over 12 cities in India with an asset under management of over 1.25 million sq. feet and hosts entrepreneurs, freelancers, student founders, SMEs & corporates to build a diverse community of creators in India. Innov8 was acquired by Softbank backed OYO in an all cash deal in 2019 & Ritesh continues the expansion of the brand under OYO.
Ritesh is very passionate about building platforms to empower the next generation of founders in India to develop products for Bharat. He is an avid angel investor, & has backed over 70 early stage companies such as Josh Talks, Ketto, Pepper Content, Asimov Robotics, Lucideus, Inc 42, SectorQube, Wizgo, Stage OTT, Sarva Yoga, Tapchief, Nimo, Agnikul Space Tech, Edurev, TrulyMadly etc. He is building a new family office called Nebula Holdings for investments in various financial instruments like public markets, unlisted private equities, metals, bonds & also setting up an NBFC to lend loans to SMEs.
