The Minor in Technology Entrepreneurship is an interdisciplinary undergraduate program built to shape the mindset, skills, and experience needed to thrive as an entrepreneur in a rapidly evolving world. Grounded in experiential learning, the program combines academic rigor with hands-on venture development, empowering students to move from identifying meaningful problems to building and scaling impactful solutions.

Open to all majors, the program welcomes students from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration that mirrors real-world startup ecosystems. More than just launching startups, the program aims to nurture an entrepreneurial way of thinking that students will carry with them throughout their lives.

Build and innovate

Guided by the principles of design thinking and business innovation, students learn how to identify meaningful problems, validate ideas and explore solutions through a tech-first lens, which helps them build creative confidence and sharpens their problem solving skills.

Lead and execute

Anchored in leadership and execution, students learn how to apply their skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments. This stage gives them a firsthand understanding of execution, teamwork and decision-making within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Growth and scale

With a focus on go-to-market strategy, finance, marketing and venture scaling, students learn how to grow validated ideas into sustainable businesses. Guided by industry experts, this stage prepares students to think long-term and build for real-world impact.

Through this partnership, students receive tailored mentorship from industry experts, access to a network of founders and investors, and hands-on guidance to refine, validate, and scale their ventures.
