Plaksha University reimagines student wellness, inaugurates Thrive Room in association with MCKS Trust Fund, to foster holistic well-being on campus


August 21, 2023, India: Plaksha University, a new-age university, reimagining technology education and research in India with cutting-edge technology programs, today inaugurated the MCKS Thrive Room on the campus. MCKS Thrive Room will be an innovative and collaborative ecosystem, mindfully designed to foster mental, physical, and intellectual well-being among students. With a singular intent to enable students to succeed in all facets of their lives and solve complex problems more effectively, this will serve as the cornerstone of holistic well-being.

The MCKS Thrive Room prioritizes mental health by providing therapy and platforms for practicing mindfulness and encouraging emotional health. Additionally, it offers multiple wellness plans to improve students' physical well-being on campus, motivating them to develop wholesome routines and discover positive ways of life. The MCKS Thrive Room will provide tools and chances for students to excel in the classroom.

Speaking on the initiative, Master Danny, Trustee, MCKS Trust Fund, shared, "With the MCKS Thrive Room, our mission is to build a generation of resilient and thriving students who will go on to make a positive impact on society.
