At Plaksha, wellbeing is not separate from learning. Emotional awareness, self-regulation, and resilience are intentionally integrated into the student learning experience.
Mental Health Outreach Initiatives

Counselling Outreach and Peer Empowerment (COPE)
COPE serves as Plaksha's peer support initiative and acts as a bridge between students and professional wellbeing services.
COPE is built on the belief of showing up before the visible struggle, to notice, to ask, and to walk alongside. Not to fix or lecture, so that at Plaksha, no one has to figure it out alone.

Role of COPE Members
- COPE Members are trained peer supporters equipped to offer meaningful, everyday support.
- They serve as a first point of informal support for students who need someone to talk to.
- They act as active listeners and wellbeing advocates across the community.
- They provide referral support, connecting students to professional help when needed.
- They offer orientation support to help incoming students settle in with confidence.
- They run mental health awareness campaigns that keep wellbeing visible and normalised.
Nebula - The Wellbeing Club
Nebula serves as the student-led wellbeing club at Plaksha and provides creative, inclusive, and community-driven spaces that promote emotional wellbeing and connection.

Role of Nebula Members
- Nebula Members lead peer-driven wellbeing initiatives that bring students together in meaningful ways.
- They create spaces for creative expression, helping students process and share their experiences.
- They build a stronger sense of community across campus.
- They run awareness campaigns that keep wellbeing conversations active and visible.
- They set up Gratitude Walls where students can share moments of appreciation and positivity.
- They organise journaling workshops and reflection circles that encourage self-reflection, emotional expression, and open conversation
- They lead Stress Relief Events that help students recharge and manage academic pressure.
