About Abhilasha Sinha

Abhilasha is an engineer-turned-business operator with expertise in scaling organizations and product strategies across diverse sectors including consumer technology, SaaS, healthcare, and education in both India and the United States.

She is currently founding a venture in the behavior change space. Her distinguished career includes leadership roles as Chief Growth Officer at Open Secret, India's premier better-for-you F&B brand, Chief of Staff to the CEO at Hike (India's homegrown messenger), and VP, Strategy and Operations at Elucidata, an advanced AI platform serving researchers in biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

Prof Sinha holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi, where she received the prestigious Bimla Jain Medal for best all-round performance.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Abhilasha is passionate about global exploration, having traveled to more than 30 countries worldwide and visited over 25 states and Union Territories within India.
