Arvind has 35+ years of extensive international management experience across American Express, IBM and Concentrix in senior executive leadership positions. He is very passionate about developing the next generation of leaders and has mentored over 200+ leaders throughout his journey.
Most recently at Concentrix, he served as SVP & GM of the Asia Pacific business where he was responsible for approximately $500M+ Profit & Loss and more than 200 clients, and drove rapid growth, both organically and inorganically, across 13 countries. Additionally, he was also the Global Exec Sponsor of Network of Women, a company wide D&I initiative, focused on encouraging more women in senior leadership.
Prior to Concentrix, at IBM, Arvind rebuilt the foundation of an underperforming outsourcing F&A business and set it up for aggressive growth, doubling the revenue within less than 3 years and growing the team size to more than 5000 employees. Following this, he took on the responsibility to turnaround IBM’s BPO portfolio across all key Growth Markets, including Asia Pacific, LATAM and CE Europe. He was also a key member of the handpicked global taskforce that helped divest IBM's customer service BPO business to Concentrix.
