Alok Ramsisaria is the CEO of Grazitti Interactive, where he leads the company’s strategy across marketing, sales, and customer success. Grazitti is a bootstrapped digital innovations company helping global businesses transform customer experience through marketing automation, communities, analytics, and AI.
With over 35 years of experience across technology, marketing, and consulting, Alok has scaled Grazitti from its inception in India into a global organization of over a thousand people—without external funding. He believes in AI as a multiplier for talent, enabling teams to deliver greater impact rather than replacing them.
He focuses on building scalable systems and high-performance teams, driving consistent, year-on-year growth while serving global enterprises. Alok is also a co-founder of Chandigarh Angels Network (CAN), an early-stage angel network that supports and mentors startups across North India.
