Bio
Rajiv Ramnarayan is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with deep expertise in logistics, international trade, mining and fintech-driven supply chain finance. He is the Co-founder and CEO of Equentia Natural Resources Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based company he established in 2010. Under his leadership, Equentia has grown into a prominent player in the sourcing, logistics, and trade finance of thermal and coking coal across Southeast and South Asia.
In addition to his role at Equentia, Rajiv is a founding member and independent director at CredAble, a leading fintech platform based in Mumbai. Since its inception in 2017, CredAble has been transforming the landscape of supply chain finance in India by offering innovative, tech-enabled financing solutions.
Rajiv’s career began at IBM in 2002 as an Industrial Trainee, where he worked on enterprise-level workflow automation. He later took on business development roles at Laing O’Rourke, focusing on IT-enabled facility management, before becoming a Partner at Doehle Danautic Logistics. There, he gained hands-on experience in international logistics, commercial negotiation, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
